Marty brings four decades of experience helping clients in crowded categories engage with people through clever ideas, wonderfully executed. General Mills, ConAgra, BF Goodrich, Anheuser Busch, MillerCoors, ESPN and SC Johnson are just some of the clients he’s been privileged to work with. Marty spent 23 years at FCB Chicago on a journey that took him from Account Executive in 1989 to Director of Account Management in 2010. At Y&R, Marty leads a talented team on a variety of domestic and international businesses working to keep Y&R’s history of smart ideas and iconic brand campaigns alive and well.
Leyla Touma Dailey, Chief Creative Officer
Leyla has more than 17 years of experience creating emotionally engaging campaigns for some of the world’s top brands, such as Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Disney, Kellogg’s and Philip Morris. She understands the importance of creating brand experiences that connect with consumers to change behavior, resulting in award-winning work, including a Cannes Short List, Gold Addy and Gold Pencil at the One Show.
Karl Turnbull, Chief Strategy Officer
Karl has spent the last two decades leading strategy for major brands, including MillerCoors, R.J. Reynolds, Kraft and Nestlé. He began his career in his native U.K., before joining J. Walter Thompson and then FCB Chicago. Karl runs a team of strategists whose job it is to figure out precisely what people will love about our brands and then inspire the creative work that will help them feel that way.
Juliet Moffat, Group Account Director
Juliet oversees the Butterball accounts at Y&R. Prior to Y&R, Juliet guided work for global packaged-goods powerhouses like Kraft and Johnson & Johnson, and owner-operated franchises like Midas.
